This consultancy was born from a drive to transform lived experience into creative impact. Having navigated intergenerational challenges and systemic inequities from racism and ableism to the unseen expectations placed on British Indian women, I built it to pioneer brilliance, innovation and multidimensional strength.

I’m Krupa (she/her), the architect of this solo practice, with an 11‑year career in global ad tech and a BA Joint Honours degree in Business Psychology and Advertising, bringing a blend of analytical depth and human‑centred insight to every engagement.
As a disabled woman shaped by adverse challenges and trauma reclamation, I’ve woven astrology, shamanic practice and holistic study into a perspective grounded in understanding. I have also practiced the techniques of Self‑Knowledge since the age of 18, a foundation of my being.
I’m based in London, UK, married and share life with a joyful toy poodle, a daily reminder to make space for delight alongside disruption.
I held a global role at one of the world’s six largest advertising agencies, partnering with leading clients including Burberry, Jaguar Land Rover and Microsoft B2B and guiding campaigns in complex, restricted categories with insight and sensitivity, including a governance remit supporting local market execution across regions prior to transitioning into product.

I contributed to grassroots efforts and high‑profile projects, including leading a major media initiative. Along the way, I collaborated with many charities, deepening my commitment to social impact.

From championing CSR initiatives spanning sustainability, DEI and inclusive culture to mentoring underrepresented talent, each chapter has refined my frameworks into offerings that fuse brand strategy with energetic alignment. I now serve founders and purpose-led brands whose work spans cultural heritage, social cohesion, sustainability and soulful innovation, those building systems rooted in clarity, accessibility and resonance. My strategic lens is informed by a high‑potential leadership assessment using YSC’s JDI Model of Potential™ (now part of Accenture), which identified me as operating at level 7, a tier typically associated with senior leadership potential and future‑facing capability. This grounds my work in both analytical depth and intuitive clarity.
